BIM Modeling and Trimble Layout services were provided by Calloway Design for the 9-story CCH project located in Downtown Denver. In 2021, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) broke ground on a $46.5 million project to provide a new facility for the homeless. The Renaissance Legacy Lofts added nearly 100 affordable units, and the care center added 75 medical beds that can support someone for up to 45 days. Our team was an essential part of the BIM Coordination process to ensure all Mechanical and Plumbing systems were thoroughly coordinated with all other trades which allowed for seamless installation. At the completion of Coordination, we provided detailed shop drawings for all systems as well as provided on site Trimble Layout for all Duct and Plumbing Penetrations throughout the building.
