Teaming up with Roche Constructors, Frontier Mechanical, and Strait Mechanical, Calloway Design played a pivotal role in the on-construction of Daysprings Christian Academy’s 31,000 square foot K-6 building addition in Greeley, Colorado. As the VDC Manager, we oversaw the project’s BIM modeling and coordination process between all trades. In addition to overseeing the BIM Coordination process, Calloway design also provided the BIM Modeling and shop drawings for both the mechanical and plumbing systems. This comprehensive approach ensured seamless coordination between all project stakeholders. Our team’s expertise in BIM modeling allowed for accurate visualization and analysis of the building’s systems, leading to efficient construction and optimized building performance. This project showcases Calloway Design’s commitment to delivering high-quality BIM services and our ability to manage complex building projects from start to finish.
