Calloway Design is proud to have contributed to the development of a new 12-story high-rise in the heart of Denver, just south of Mile High Stadium. This impressive structure, boasting 212 units and spanning 188,295 square feet, is currently under construction. Our team played a pivotal role in bringing this project to life by providing comprehensive plumbing BIM modeling and detailed shop drawings for field installation. In collaboration with General Contractor “Shaw Construction” and Plumbing Contractor “Rocky Mountain Plumbing“, we ensured the seamless integration of plumbing systems into this dynamic urban development.
