The Foothills Golf Club House in Denver, Colorado, is a state-of-the-art facility built to modern standards following the demolition of the previous structure. The 27,648 square-foot clubhouse includes a restaurant, meeting spaces, retail areas, office and conference rooms, a mechanical room, and additional storage spaces. Our team at Calloway Design worked closely with Adolf Petterson, Frontier Mechanical, and Walters Mechanical to deliver high-quality mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the project. We utilized advanced 3D coordination to ensure precision in the design and integration of all MEP systems.

Our services included creating detailed shop drawings that were essential for field installation, streamlining the construction process, and improving overall efficiency. The result is a functional, modern clubhouse that meets the needs of golfers and event attendees alike, all while staying on schedule and budget.
