Mission Possible Fitness, a 1,212 square foot workout studio, required comprehensive MEP engineering services from Calloway Design. Our team successfully designed two heat pump systems with outside air ventilation, despite limited options for external air intake. Through meticulous calculations, we secured approval from the building department to utilize operable openings for ventilation, ensuring optimal air quality and energy efficiency.

One of the significant challenges encountered during the project was the undersized original tap, which posed limitations on the system’s capacity. Working closely with the building owners and department, we developed a strategic solution to address this issue, ensuring the studio’s smooth operation and compliance with local regulations.
