Calloway Design played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a 50,000 square foot addition to Riverdale High School in Thornton, Colorado. Our team provided comprehensive Mechanical and Plumbing BIM coordination and shop drawing services for this complex project.
The addition accommodated a diverse range of academic and vocational programs including a large culinary kitchen, IT classrooms, welding and lab areas, a sports medicine facility, a biomedical learning center, and CNA classrooms. Our expertise ensured seamless integration of systems to support these varied spaces.
Through close collaboration with the General Contractor, GH Phipps, Mechanical Contractor, Frontier Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractor, Walters Mechanical, we successfully delivered a high-quality project that met the specific needs of the school and its students.
