Daysprings Academy

Calloway Design played a pivotal role in the construction of the 31,000 square foot K-6 building addition for Daysprings Christian Academy in Greeley, Colorado. Our involvement extended to leading critical project meetings, facilitating smooth communication among all stakeholders, and producing field installation Shop Drawings. This project, in collaboration with Roche Constructors, Frontier Mechanical, and Strait Mechanical, stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering top-tier BIM services and project management.

CCH Legacy Lofts

This BIM project allowed Calloway Design to really spread it's wings and expanded our knowledge in all aspects of BIM Construction. Our team provided BIM Coordination, detailed shop drawings and Trimble layout for all Mechanical and Plumbing systems for this challenging high-rise located in downtown Denver.

Thornton Fire Station #1

We provided BIM modeling services for the mechanical duct, mechanical pipe, and plumbing systems on this modern fire station situated in Thornton, Colorado. The groundbreaking ceremony for the station took place in September 2019, and it was operational by December 2020. Fire Station #1 is also home to the administrative offices for the Thornton Fire Department.

Foothills Golf Club

The Foothills Golf Club House project in Denver involved the demolition and rebuilding of a 27,648 sq ft modern facility, featuring 3D MEP coordination and shop drawings with top contractors.

DHA-FLO

We are proud to have contributed to the development of a new 12-story high-rise building in the heart of downtown Denver, Colorado, just south of Mile High Stadium. This impressive structure, boasting 212 units and spanning 188,295 square feet, is currently under construction. Our team played a pivotal role by providing BIM Modeling and Shop Drawings for all plumbing systems throughout the building.

Colorado Academy

Our team of BIM Coordinators worked diligently on this beautiful new build of Colorado Academy's Performing Arts Center. CDL Provided Mechanical Duct Coordination as well as Plumbing Coordination to help streamline the tight schedules we faced on this project.

Lakeview on the Rise

This project consisted of 17 Apartment Buildings as well as a Club House. We provided coordination and prefabrication drawings for the Plumbing Waste and Vent Systems

Modera

A 9-story high-rise with 365,386 SF and 323 units. Calloway Design provided Mechanical HVAC coordination and shop drawings, overcoming challenges with Fan Coil Unit placement.

Riverdale Highschool

Calloway Design delivered comprehensive MEP BIM coordination and shop drawings for a 50,000 sq ft high school addition in Thornton, CO. Supported various academic and vocational programs.

Fowler Chevrolet (Broomfield)

Calloway Design provided Mechanical Engineering & Plumbing Engineering services for Crossland Construction on this 60,000 Square Foot Dealership located in Broomfield, Colorado. This project is currently under review and is set to break ground in the fall of 2023. The Mechanical Engineering Design and Plumbing Engineering Design was provided by CDL. We contracted long time co-worker and friend, Chad Smith at 3CE for Electrical Engineering.

Safeway (4-Stores)

Calloway Design provided HVAC engineering expertise for a multi-store Safeway equipment replacement project in Colorado. Our scope included system assessment, custom rooftop unit design, and comprehensive project planning.

Mission Fitness

This project consisted of a Tenant Finish for a Fitness Center located in Castle Rock, Colorado. The Mechanical Engineering Design and Plumbing Engineering Design was provided by CDL. We contracted long time co-worker and friend, Chad Smith at 3CE for Electrical Engineering.

DU Centennial Halls

Calloway Design designed and engineered a new HVAC system for the elevator machine room at DU's Centennial Halls. Meeting strict building code requirements, we replaced an outdated system to improve efficiency and comfort.

University of Denver

This project consisted of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for a project at The University of Denver's Hospitality Center. The scope of work was to remove excess heat in an existing Electrical Room. Calloway Design provided Mechanical Engineering and the Electrical Engineering was provided by CDLs subcontracted Electrical Design Engineer, Chad Smith

Denver Country Club

Calloway Design improved the comfort and efficiency at the Denver Country Club Tennis Pro Shop with a new HVAC system design. Replaced outdated unit heaters with a modern ducted heat pump system.
